Each week on the "High Lonesome Radio Hour," we'll be all over the
Bluegrass, Old Time, and Americana map as we explore songs about
trains, lost loves, betrayal, murder, cabins, mountains....you know,
the good stuff. From classic Bill Monroe and Doc Watson, up through
Tim O'Brien and The Avett Brothers, we'll cover a lot of ground each
week.
The show also features on-air interviews with some of the most
accomplished artists of our time, such as Mike Compton, Tony
Williamson, Matt Flinner, and Doyle Lawson, among others. A live
music calendar. Bluegrass Blog, and ticket giveaways round out the show.
