I have been involved in the music business for over 20 years and have a deep love of all forms of music, but a very special affinity for the blues. My show covers a wide range of styles within this musical genre ranging from Liqour House and soul blues to the Memphis, Mississippi, and Chicago sounds to Zydeco and West Coast Jump. Fans of the show enjoy hearing the music's double entendres and in some cases just enjoy the saucy nature of many of the great blues artists that I play.
I also have a deep passion for filmmaking and theatre and have been involved with filmmakers in the area like Dilsey Davis, Kirk Griffin, Natasha Moore, April Mials, and others, and have been involved for many years with festivals like the Festival at the Eno, Bimbe, and the Bull Durham Blues Festival.
